Circuit Training

Short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Participants perform different exercises independently at separate stations for specific amounts of time. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with no assistance.

A slow progression of repeated movements done in any order to improve focus, balance, breathing, coordination and relaxation. If you are new to the class, please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water botte and a positive mindset.

Yoga Basics

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Focus is on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Additionally, awareness of breath and meditation will integrate the body, mind and spirit, all within a playful, supportive environment. Chair Yoga

Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Chair yoga gives you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen, just like a traditional yoga practice.
