Spoleto Festival USA Chorus + Orchestra: The Creation

The Festival Chorus and Orchestra unite for a jubilant performance of Joseph Haydn’s 1798 oratorio, The Creation, chronicling the biblical creation of Eden.   Tickets will be available for purchase on February 17th at 11:00 am in Blackmer Hall or online via the  link.

Cardio and Strength

Intermediate Level-Short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Participants perform different exercises independently at separate stations for specific amounts of time. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with no assistance.
