Join us on the first Monday of each month for our Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Group in the Marketing Conference Room at Gadsden Glen. You don't have to worry about transportation as it is provided. Transportaion will depart at 2:45 pm and the support group begins at 3:00 pm.

Circuit Training

Short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Participants perform different exercises independently at separate stations for specific amounts of time. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with no assistance.
