Intermediate Level-Short bursts of intense exercise with short rest periods. Participants perform different exercises independently at separate stations for specific amounts of time. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor with no assistance.

A workout fusing basic yoga postures and Pilates exercises increasing core strength and flexibility.

Chair yoga modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions. Chair yoga gives you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen, just like a traditional yoga practice.

Reserved time for individual, independent exercise in the pool with supervision and/or minimal assistance provided by staff.
