Yoga Basics

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Focus is on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Additionally, awareness of breath and meditation will integrate the body, mind and spirit, all within a playful, supportive environment. If transitioning from the floor is a challenge, please consider our Chair Yoga class.

Cancelled: Friday Funnies with Local Comedian

Laugh your way into the weekend with local comedian Jon Mckernan. Lite fare and limited bar will be available. Jon McKernan has been doing stand-up comedy for over 40 years... he started a comedy club at Towson Univ. at age 19. He toured the Baltimore/DC comedy clubs for several years... moved to the Charleston area 20 years ago, and performs at comedy clubs in SC, residential apartment complexes, retirement communities, and different venues... He can do a wide variety of jokes, always getting input as to the likes of the audience and interacting with them.
